“Debbie Macomber’s Cedar Cove” is holding strong on Hallmark Channel with the second 1-hour episode achieving a 2.0 household rating and an average of 2 million total viewers. The Saturday, August 3 premiere ranked as the #1 program among households for the 8-9p time period, continuing the momentum from previous weeks.
In the 8p-9p time period, the “Cedar Cove” ranked in the top 10 for key demo ratings, including #1 in HH (2.0 rtg), #1 in P2+ (.9 rtg), and #3 in W25-54 (.8 rtg). Additionally, the episode averaged 343,000 W25-54. “Cedar Cove” also placed #2 in HH (1,694,000) and #3 in P2+ (1,993,000) for key demo impressions. The series elevated Hallmark Channel to be the #2 cable network in prime time for Saturday among households.
In “Cedar Cove: Reunion”, Jack (Neal) gets an unexpected visit from his estranged son, Eric (guest star Tom Stevens), while Charlotte (Shaw) tries to fulfill the dying wish of a stroke patient with the help of Olivia (MacDowell). However, when Charlotte also recruits Olivia’s friendly ex-husband Stan (Andrew Airlie) to do some digging, Olivia is faced with her own uneasy reunion.
