Frank Connolly has broad and deep experience as a financial executive in the media and marketing industry. He has been the Chief Financial Officer of three private equity owned and three public companies with track records of innovation, an M&A Advisor, and a private equity investor, with 25 transactions totaling over $1.7 billion in value. Frank was most recently the Chief Financial Officer of FocusVision Worldwide, Inc., a market research technology provider, and CFO of Water Cooler Group, a holding company with a media agency, Media Storm, focused on cable TV. He was Managing Director at AdMedia Partners, an independent M&A advisory firm for the marketing and media industry. His career as a senior financial executive also includes EVP and CFO of Harris Interactive Inc., a publicly traded marketing research company, and CFO for Modem Media Inc., a publicly traded pioneering interactive agency. He has been Managing Director of DigaComm LLC, a private equity firm, as well as SVP and CFO of Donnelley Marketing, Inc., a consumer information marketing company. Frank held a number of corporate financial management positions at the Dun & Bradstreet Corporation and started his career at Accenture. He received an M.B.A. in Finance from Cornell University and a B.A. in Economics from the Stony Brook University.
