LEXINGTON, KENTUCKY 1/15/07 – Viamedia, the cable industry’s leading independent cable rep firm, announced today that Sylvia Wahlberg has joined their team as General Sales Manager for their Panama City, FL office.
Wahlberg is a Panama City media veteran. She began her media career in 1997 with WPGX, Fox 28 as an Account Executive in Panama City. Two years later she joined the Advertising Sales department of Comcast, which eventually evolved into Cox Communications where she managed accounts in a territory consisting of 5 Florida Gulf Coast counties. She also spent over 5 years with Novartis Pharmaceuticals as a Senior Sales Consultant throughout the Florida Panhandle.
