LEXINGTON, KENTUCKY – 04/26/04 Viamedia announced today an agreement with RCN to represent their advertising sales within the New York DMA and Boston DMA.
Effective immediately, Viamedia will represent RCN’s local, regional and national ad sales efforts in the New York and Boston.
RCN is the nation’s first, and largest, competitive provider of bundled cable TV, phone and high-speed Internet services. RCN currently has more than 1 million customer connections in the Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Washington, D.C., metropolitan markets.
This agreement places Viamedia and affiliate companies in over 1.5 million cable households.
Viamedia is a cable television advertising representation company based in Lexington, Kentucky. Viamedia and affiliate companies represent over 1.5 million cable households with 80% of represented households residing in the top 10 DMA’s.
