LEXINGTON, KENTUCKY 3/15/2010 – Viamedia, the cable industry’s leading independent cable rep firm, and Frontier Communications announced today an agreement with Viamedia as the advertising sales representative for Frontier Communications. 

Frontier Communications is a full-service communications provider and one of the largest local exchange telephone companies in the country. Frontier Communications is currently pending acquisition of Verizon Communications’ local wireline operations in Portland, OR, Seattle, WA & Ft. Wayne, IN. Upon final execution of the sale, Viamedia will represent the local, regional & national advertising sales for Frontier Communications in those markets. 

Viamedia previously represented the advertising sales in Portland, Seattle & Ft Wayne for Verizon Communications’ prior to the pending sale to Frontier.
