LEXINGTON, KENTUCKY 9/18/09– Viamedia, the cable industry’s leading independent cable rep firm, announced today several key organizational changes to their New York management team.
Ira Jacobs has joined Viamedia as the Director of Sales for Viamedia’s Long Island office. Ira comes to Viamedia from The Magna Group where he was a senior Account Executive, prior to that Ira worked in a similar capacity at Cameron Advertising on Long Island. His work history includes General Sales Manager stints at Hempstead Lincoln Mercury/Garden City Saab and Neil Action Dodge in Medford.
Mike Ball has been promoted to Sales Manager of Viamedia New York City agency team. Mike has been with Viamedia for two years having come from management roles at both News Corp and NCC.
Yehuda Kaplovitz has been promoted to Sales Manager of Viamedia’s New York City direct team. In his new capacity Yehuda will oversee sales for Manhattan, Staten Island and Westchester/Rockland.
Robert Vigilante has been promoted to Director of Sales for Viamedia’s New Jersey team. Robert has been successful in building out the Jersey staff which he will continue to grow and supervise.
