JOB SUMMARY
The Partner Services Specialist is responsible for successfully implementing and processing MVPD marketing and branding schedules as well as managing our direct response advertising campaigns for client support.
The positions primary role is to successfully manage all campaign order ingest while also performing inventory management for better campaign performance. Outstanding customer service to external clients will be necessary as well as the ability to problem solve and creatively communicate executions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING*
Manages day-to-day relationships with cable MVPDs and Direct Response business partners.
? Responsible for inventory management to provide successful run rate percentages of all campaigns.
Responsible for reconciliation and strategic reporting of all accounts managed.
? Work in collaboration with the Client Services department to analyze order results and contribute to improvements in campaign management and execution.
Assists in development of inventory managing tools for utilization of unused inventory.
? Provides recommendations to management on important issues of assigned projects.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
? Strong background in client management and customer service.
? Must be able to successfully manage multiple priorities, develop project timelines, and attention to detail.
? Proficiency in working with multiple technological systems daily.
? Must be able to manage large number of accounts with minimal direction.
? Must be flexible and innovative and use available resources to meet changing department goals.
? Keep leadership informed of issues relating to partners.
? Maintain neat and organized records, controls, and reports.
? Ability to manage high stress situations and tight deadlines.
? Quick thinker with the ability to anticipate and troubleshoot issues.
