JOB SUMMARY
Supervises, leads and participates in the daily operations of the Client Services Department including prioritization of department goals, crisis resolution, and the efficient utilization of available tools to deliver successful marketing and advertising solutions for our customers, partners, shareholders and communities. Responsible for conducting business in a fiscally, morally, legally and ethically responsible manner ensuring world class service delivered on time.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING*

Supervising staff and carrying out daily procedures for the effective and efficient operations of the department

Oversees processing and delivery of contracts, orders, and modifications in a timely fashion, maintains network formatting and allocations as assigned

Develops and assigns projects to staff, evaluates and provides feedback as necessary

Supervise, measure and account for scheduling operations to ensure optimization, consistency with Company best practices and objectives

Analyze and adjust verifications accurately and in a timely fashion
-
Serve as a point of contact for information exchange with other departments, communication regularly with assigned clients; work with Account Executives, Managers and Coordinators to resolve issues

Collaborates with Client Services Manager to select, train, direct, review, motivate and develop traffic staff

Design, monitor and publish appropriate reporting to track progress towards goals
-
Meet with sales leadership and teams to ensure continuity of services
-
Meets regularly with subordinates to promote development and inclusion
-
Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance is required
-
Perform other duties as may be assigned in alignment with department goals

Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times
Qualifications
PREFERRED
QUALIFICATIONS
-
High school diploma or equivalent experience.
-
Excellent computer skills utilizing a variety of
software programs; advanced skills with trafficking applications and
proficiency in database utilization. -
Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal
communication skills -
Ability to manage high-stress situations and tight
deadlines -
Ability to work with minimal supervision, two to
three years traffic experience -
Quick thinker, with ability to anticipate and
troubleshoot issues
