Number of Openings
An integral part of the sales process, from start to finish. Responsible for creating and maintaining schedules for clients of all level of budgets and needs. The Advertising Sales Coordinator maintains the balance of communication between the operations team and the sales team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING*
Strong background in Media/Advertising.
Must work well in a team environment.
Be familiar with programming trends.
Function at a high level during tight deadlines.
Be able to multi-task and prioritize.
Stay on top of daily expectations.
Able to adjust in an ever-changing environment.
Capable of learning processes and programs that are unique to the advertising industry.
Performs other functions than may be assigned by supervisor.
College Degree Preferred.
1-2 years media/advertising experience.
Knowledge of advertising functions and terms.
Excellent written, verbal and oral communication
Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
