LEXINGTON, KENTUCKY 11/3/2010– Viamedia, the cable industry’s leading independent cable rep firm, announced today they have promoted Dan Budzinski to Area Vice President of Advertising for Viamedia’s Great Lakes Region.
Dan will be responsible for managing the advertising sales efforts for Viamedia’s operations in the Buffalo, Cleveland & Syracuse markets. In addition to driving local & regional business, he will provide support to the national sales teams, assist in training efforts, drive focused sales efforts and deliver budget expectations associated with all Viamedia sales opportunities. He will also work closely with Viamedia’s Advanced Advertising team to increase Viamedia Online Sales (VOS) opportunities for those markets.
Dan’s past tenures, wide range of winning sales experiences and leadership abilities, along with his outstanding performance with Buffalo and Cleveland in 2010 has provided him with the skills to lead this challenge.
Dan’s previous industry experience includes General Sales Manager for Cox Media in Phoenix, AZ; VP of Sales for Rochester and Buffalo, NY for Time Warner Cable; Local Sales Manager for Virginia and North Carolina for Adelphia.
Viamedia represents the advertising sales for both WOW! and Verizon FiOS in the Great Lakes Region.
