Dave Everingham was promoted to General Sales Manager overseeing the Sacramento, California market for Viamedia in 2016.
Prior to joining Viamedia in 2006, Dave spent 20 years as a top billing account executive and new business leader for radio stations across Sacramento, Tahoe, Modesto and Boise. Dave graduated from Colorado State University where he played baseball.
Jake has 32 years of total media sales experience, including 26 years of total media management experience in both radio and cable TV and 18 years of cable advertising management experience, with Time Warner, Cox, Adelphia and Insight prior to joining Viamedia two years ago. Jake is also former President (2009) and member of the board of directors of Evansville Advertising Federation.
Jeana is a South Dakota native with a 20 year professional history in media product development, promotion, advertising sales and management. Her experience includes radio, print, broadcast and cable television sales in the Black Hills area as well as management and development of award winning video and advertising sales teams. Jeana is the General Sales Manager for South Dakota in Viamedia’s Rapid City and Sioux Falls offices.
Originally from Marietta, GA, Jeff joined Viamedia in January of 2004 as an Account Executive in the Detroit office. In his two and a half years there, he became one of the top revenue generators, was nominated for a National Cable Advertising Bureau Sales Achievement Award two years in a row of which he won in 2007, the first Sales Achievement Award Nationally for Viamedia. In his time in Detroit, he proved to be a natural-born leader and a great motivator. In October of 2006 he launched the Augusta, Ga office. In the 4 ½ years that he was in Augusta he motivated the Augusta team to Office of The Quarter (4th Qtr. 2007) and Office of the Year finalist in 2007, but most of all he has built a great reputation for helping customers cash registers ring with advertising through Viamedia. In March of 2011 he joined a veteran staff in the Southern Kentucky region where he and his team have taken that area to a new level. Jeff has increased the region with new partners Barbourville Utilities, Irvin Community TV, People’s Rural Telephone, Access Cable, Mountain Telephone and Foothills Communications. He also won the 2013 Central region manager of the year. In February of 2015 he was promoted to oversee Cincinnati, Louisville and Lexington areas. He has been a great leader and asset to Viamedia and continues to lead and motivate the sales staff on a daily basis. Jeff is a December 2002 graduate of Morehead State University, where he played football. He lives in Richmond, KY with his wife, two daughters and son.

Mason Neff started in Radio at age 16 running the controls for his beloved St. Louis Cardinals and Mizzou Tigers in Columbia, MO. Soon after that, Mason was an on air personality for various Mid-Missouri Radio stations. With a passion for creativity and after 11 years in front of the mic, he put the headphones down and pursued a career helping local businesses grow with Media sales in Radio, TV, Print, and now his true passion, Cable TV and Digital Online Advertising.
Kristi S. Turnbow has been a top media sales performer in the Jackson DMA since she began her career. She served as a senior account executive over a 12 year career in the radio industry and joined Viamedia as a Local Sales Manager (LSM) in 2008 when Viamedia partnered with Jackson Energy Authority (JEA) as their media representative. Her experience and knowledge of marketing and sales in the Jackson market enables Kristi and her team to deliver exceptional results for their customers.
Kristi is involved in many community events and is engaged in a variety of charitable organizations and sits on several boards which support the local community including the American Cancer Society, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Jackson-Madison County Humane Society, The Dream Center and the Jackson Service League.
Pam began her career in cable advertising with Comcast in 1994 as account executive in Huntsville Alabama. She accepted a position with Cable Alabama as an account executive in 1997. Knology purchased the system in 1998 and Pam was promoted to General Manager of cable advertising sales. When Viamedia was awarded the Huntsville contract in 2009 she continued in her role as General Manager. In 2011 Pam was promoted to Area Manager and currently manages the sales operations of Huntsville, Montgomery, Baton Rouge, Lafayette and Jackson, Tennessee.
After serving as Assistant Attorney General in the Ohio Attorney General’s Office, Tim accepted a position as a Local Account Executive at Columbus Ohio CBS Affiliate WBNS-TV. Tim also served as National Sales Manager while there. Tim left WBNS-TV when he accepted the opportunity to be Local Sales Manager at the local ABC Affiliate WSYX-TV. Tim was soon promoted to General Sales Manager. When River City Broadcasting merged with Sinclair Broadcasting Tim was named the Director of Sales over both WSYX-TV and WTTE-TV (Fox Affiliate). At the time this LMA was the largest in the country. After leaving broadcast sales Tim became the General Manager of the Columbus Ohio office for Rutter Media. He oversaw the sales in Columbus for their client Americast Cable. After Americast sold their system to WOW Internet and Cable, Tim stayed on in his capacity as General Manager when Viamedia took over the advertising representation. Tim was instrumental in bringing together Viamedia and The Ohio News Network (part of The Dispatch Broadcast Group). Tim is a long time resident of Columbus, Ohio. He has two sons, Nick and Perry.
Phil’s career spans more than 21 years in Cable Advertising. Prior to joining Viamedia, Phil began his advertising sales career in 1992 as an account executive for southeast turnkey cable operation, Cable Ad Connection. His responsibilities grew to include strategic sales implementation in new system startups representing systems such as Century Cable, Adelphia Cable & US Cable. In 2000 he was promoted to Sales Manager and in 2004 became the General Manager.
In 2006 he founded Morgan Marketing, a local turnkey ad insertion company, expanded its media products and began to launch local leased access channels across Tennessee, Georgia, South Carolina & North Carolina.
Phil now manages our markets in Charlotte, Raleigh and Greensboro, NC; Orlando and Jacksonville, FL; Knoxville, TN; Augusta, GA; and Charleston, SC.
Bryan Allen was promoted to Local Sales Manager overseeing the Seattle, Washington market for Viamedia in 2016. Prior to joining Viamedia in 2010, he spent 19 years in the cable industry. He worked for TCI Media Services and AT&T Media Services before spending 10 years with Comcast in Seattle. He has received multiple sales recognition awards during his career and developed extensive media contacts in the greater Seattle/Tacoma market. Bryan graduated from Central Washington University.
David has over a decade of marketing experience and achievement with the majority of it focused on the Omaha market including positions with Pappas Broadcasting, Titan Broadcasting, Sinclair Broadcasting, and BH Media. His experience as a Bilingual Account Executive, Research Director, and Marketing Consultant makes him well suited for his role as Local Sales Manager in Omaha. David is an Omaha native and a University of Nebraska—Lincoln graduate.

David Steele was promoted to Local Sales Manager overseeing the Las Vegas, Nevada market for Viamedia in early 2016. David has been with Viamedia since 2014 serving as a Senior Account Executive.
With extensive experience in sales, marketing, media, management and operations, David has spent the majority of his career in radio sales and sales management for Clear Channel Media, Riviera Broadcast Group and Beasley Broadcast Group. Additionally, he spent a number of years as a radio DJ in the Las Vegas market.
Julie Parham is the Local Sales Manager for Viamedia in Chattanooga TN representing EPB Fiber Optics (The Electric Power Board) covering predominately Hamilton County and Bledsoe Telephone Cooperative In Bledsoe and Sequatchie counties. She heads a team of four very talented and award winning account executives with the primary objective of growing sales, traffic and profitability for local businesses. The team customizes advertising solutions on cable television, video on the internet, and through search engine marketing and search engine optimization.
Regional Sales Manager Wilkes-Barre
Jessica Hollifield came to Viamedia in 2013 and currently serves as Executive Director, Online Sales for the Midwest. With over 12 years of experience, in both traditional media sales and digital media, as well as managing sales teams across the country, Jessica has helped define, train and built Viamedia’s cross media strategy nationwide.
Jessica started her career at a full service ad agency before quickly realizing her true passion in advertising sales. Her expertise ranges from cable television ad sales to strategically placed mobile, display, social, email marketing and online video campaigns.
Over the years, Jessica has consistently been a top performer, earning numerous President’s Club recognition and awards, working with local, regional and national accounts. Previous experience includes Senior Account Executive positions at Insight Media Advertising, Time Warner Cable Media and has held various levels of digital management positions while at Viamedia. Jessica resides in Lexington, KY with her husband and stepson. She enjoys playing tennis and volunteering locally for Girls on the Run Central Kentucky.
Joe is a 23-year veteran to the Cable Advertising business having started in 1993 with Continental Cable in suburban Chicago as an Account Executive. Having progressed into a President’s Club winning Sr. Account Executive for Comcast Spotlight in Chicago, Joe then accepted the opportunity to advance into Management and packed up his wife and 3 kids and moved to Northern Colorado where he was the Local Sales Manager for 6 years. After moving back to Chicago, Joe became the Local Sales Manager for Viamedia in Naperville from 2012-2014, only to return to both Colorado and Viamedia in 2015 in his current role as General Sales Manager leading both the Denver and Colorado Springs Viamedia markets.
Kevin is a Kansas City native and has over 19 years of experience and achievement in the Ad Sales industry. His experience includes radio sales & management, broadcast television sales and Regional & National Cable sales. Kevin opened the Viamedia Kansas City sales office in January of 2005 after having been a Senior Regional Account Executive at Time Warner in Kansas City. His industry experience and knowledge of the Kansas City market place is well suited for his role as VP/ General Manager.

Michael was born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, then moved to Richmond, Virginia for high school and college. He began his TV ad sales career as an assistant at Blair Television in 1995. His first sales job was at WTNH in New Haven, Connecticut. He began focusing on political for Blair Television in Fall of 2001 through Election Day 2008, and then worked at Home Team Sports from Fall 2009 through February of 2014. Michael is married with one child, Michael, Jr.
Michelle is a skilled Sales and Marketing Professional with over 15 years of experience in traditional and digital ad sales. Having collaborated with national, regional and local organizations in diverse verticals and markets, her passion to understand and grow a business is what drives her to succeed. As the PA Manager, Michelle will guide the Team to implement best practices, keep them apprised of emerging technologies and facilitate solid communications between Operations and the field. An avid reader, she was once accused of having too many cerebral magazines on her coffee table.
Tom is a 1982 graduate of Indiana University with a BA in German and Business. One of 13 children, he honed his sales and negotiation skills at an early age with his siblings. He cut his cable teeth in Indianapolis, IN working in direct sales, cable advertising sales and sales management with Comcast. His 18+ years in cable sales helped pave the road to his current role as General Manager in Charleston with Viamedia.
Tom has been married to Connie for 29 years and they have 2 daughters. He enjoys golf so give him a call for a round!
Brad has spent the last 20 years in the National TV Ad Sales arena. His media career began in Dallas as an Account Executive with National Rep Firm Blair Television working in the NY, Minneapolis and Dallas offices. He then moved into Network Sales as an Account Executive with Telemundo Network Group based in Dallas. Following Telemundo, Brad moved from broadcast to the cable industry with Time Warner Cable serving over eight years in the role of National and Political Sales Manager in both Milwaukee and Chicago. Prior to joining Viamedia, Brad was the National Sales Manager for Comcast in the Seattle Market. Currently, Brad is the Director of National Sales overseeing the Midwest and West regions.
Originally from Detroit, MI, Deanna has a 20 year professional history in marketing, promotion and advertising sales. Her experience includes radio marketing, sales, and programming; National sales for the Ritz-Carlton hotel chain; and print production and sales. Deanna joined Viamedia in October of 2008 as an Account Executive in the Augusta office. In 2011, Deanna was promoted to Local Sales Manager for Augusta, GA and has built a great reputation for partnering with her customers and helping to grow their business.
Eric has more than 24 years of sales and media experience. He began his career in print, having spent over a decade at the Kansas City Star prior to relocating to Sioux Falls. For 10 years, Eric was a Senior Account Executive with CBS affiliate KELO-TV in Sioux Falls prior to joining Viamedia as Local Sales Manager. Eric prides himself on mentoring his sales staff and providing creative and successful solutions for his clients.
James Sandoe is the General Manager for Viamedia in Bristol VA, Bristol TN, Knoxville TN and Morristown TN. James came to Viamedia in January 2012. He began his cable advertising career with Comcast in 1989 as an Account Executive. James was the top billing Account Executive in the West Virginia Region for 11 years. He then became a local Sales Manager with Charter Media in Kingsport, Tennessee, where he also worked for 11 years, receiving the 2003 Local Sales Manager of the Year Award. James also served as interim manager for Viamedia’s North Carolina systems in 2012.
PA Director of Business Development
Kathryn brings over 20 years of experience in TV advertising, including stints in both cable and broadcast. Before joining Viamedia in 2010, she held positions at Post-Newsweek Cable and Time Warner in Akron, OH, as well as Raycom-Duopoly CBS and UPN affiliates in Cleveland and the CW affiliate in Cleveland.
Kathryn helped build the Viamedia Ft. Myers market from the ground up, beginning with an initial partnership with Marco Island Cable in January 2010. She has helped grow the market to include two media partners, Summit Broadband and CenturyLink.
Lee has twenty-eight years of local, regional, and national media experience in the Philadelphia market. He started in cable sales with Harron Communications/Metrobase Cable Advertising, holding the title of National Sales Manager with Metrobase and then the Philadelphia Interconnect. He later went on to become National Sales Manager with Comcast Marketlink Philadelphia (now Comcast Spotlight) and then with Comcast Spectacor, selling media and arena elements for Comcast SportsNet Philadelphia, The Philadelphia Flyers, The Philadelphia 76ers, The Philadelphia Soul, The First Union Center and Spectrum (now the Wells Fargo Center), and various minor league entities. He has been with Target Media Services/Viamedia-VNS for 10 years and is a graduate of Penn State University.
Michael brings over twenty five years of advertising sales and sales management experience, primarily in the Phoenix market. He spent the last four years in sales management with the Belo TV group in Phoenix with KASW (CW6) and KTVK (Independent). Prior to that Michael spent twelve years with Cox Media as a Local Sales Manager, overseeing Cox Communications largest ad sales team in the country, then as General Sales Manager and finally Director of Partnership Sales working with the Cox Media and Cox Business teams to create unique business bundles.
Mike Szczechura is a results-driven media sales executive with more than 25 years of experience in television and online advertising. Mike excels at organizational transformation by working with teams to deliver increased customer base and market share. Mike’s cable ad sales leadership experience combined with his hands-on digital sales knowledge make him uniquely qualified to build, train and lead winning sales teams in today’s media environment.
After spending more than 15 years as VP of Ad Sales in the LA, DC and St. Louis markets for Comcast Spotlight and Charter Media, Mike returned to Delaware to start his own company, Rev Consulting, LLC. Mike recently completed a consulting assignment as interim VP for Suddenlink Media’s East Division. In addition to media consulting, Rev has been involved in the mobile industry by designing and selling mobile apps to small and medium size businesses. Mike was also a core member of the team that launched the first NPR station in Delaware. His role as Director of Corporate Support resulted in several major sponsorships from both large and small companies including Astra Zeneca and Blue Cross/Blue Shield.
Mike was proud to lead the Washington D.C. team when it won Comcast’s Double Pinnacle Award for best revenue and cash flow performance by a region. In addition to being honored with the Comcast All Star Manager and Pinnacle Awards, Mike has also been trained as “Leader as Teacher” by Bluepoint Leadership and is inbound marketing certified by Hubspot.
Mike served in the United States Navy and is a graduate of Wilmington University. He lives in Delaware with his wife Clara and their twins, Danny and Sarah.
Randy’s career spans more than 25 years in Broadcasting and Advertising. Prior to joining Viamedia, he served as V.P/Director of Sales for Beach TV supervising the markets of Atlanta, New Orleans, Myrtle Beach, Panama City Beach, Key West, and Destin/Pensacola. He also worked with Waitt Radio in Panama City as General Manager, and he was the founder of WYOO Talk Radio 101.1 in Panama City.
Randy serves as Area Manager of Viamedia’s Panama City and Tallahassee Markets. Additionally he has previously served as Advanced Media Director for the Jackson, TN; Huntsville and Montgomery, AL; Panama City and Tallahassee markets.

Originally from Terre Haute, IN, Tony joined Viamedia in February of 2012 after over 30 years of professional sales and management experience. After one year with Viamedia, he was promoted to Local Sales Manager for the Terre Haute office, overseeing the Time Warner, New Wave and Metronet markets in the Terre Haute and Indianapolis DMA’s. Tony is excited to help your business grow by providing his professional staff to assist your business or service through multi-media advertising and fantastic customer service.
Brian brings more than 24 years of Advertising Sales experience, including 10 years with Cablevision/Rainbow Advertising Sales, 4 years with Adelphia and 5 years Broadcast Advertising sales experience with WKYC-TV (NBC). Brian won Adelphia’s prestigious “PEGASUS” Award for excellence in Ad Sales performance two consecutive years. Brian has four years managerial experience with Viamedia and is also actively involved member of the Cleveland Association of Broadcasters.
Dan was one of the founders of Target Select 25 years ago and has held many positions with the company in their Pennsylvania operations including Partner Relations with Service Electric Cable and Communications, Blue Ridge Communications and Service Electric Cablevision.
Actively involved in many organizations, whether advising, coaching, counseling, developing or leading, giving back to the community is weaved into his make-up. Dan is currently on the Foundation Board of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, the Development Board of Miller Keystone Blood Bank, a Eucharistic Minister at St Jane de Chantel as well as numerous other committees’ positions.
Dan is happily married to his wife of over 30 years and has 3 children.
Ira began his career in the broadcast/marketing industry over 35 years ago. Ira successfully worked as the Product Manager for Chrysler Overseas Sales, the largest distributor of new cars and trucks in the world. In his tenure at Chrysler he was responsible for all overseas advertising including commercial television productions, print advertising and brochures, among other duties.
After leaving Chrysler, Ira went on to work on the agency side of the business for one of the largest advertising agencies on Long Island. He later opened his own advertising agency and spent over 15 years helping his automotive and retail clients create successful advertising strategies.
Due to his familiarity and vast understanding of the automotive and retail market on Long Island, Ira was asked to join Viamedia as the Director of Sales for the Long Island office in 2009. With his skill set and unique management abilities, he has helped the Long Island office grow exponentially.
Ira and his wife have happily resided in their home on Long Island for over 30 years, where they have raised their daughter and son.
Local Sales Manager
Jeff Harvey is a marketing and advertising veteran serving the La Crosse market for over 25 years in television, radio, print, and billboard management and sales. Jeff is dedicated to providing world class service to his clients. Jeff also prides himself on being a resource for clients bringing ideas and solutions to the table.
Kelsey has been working in the digital media field for the past 3 years, primarily at Collective as a member of the Re-seller team. While there, she managed multiple clients from the print and TV industries who were looking to supplement their core businesses with digital advertising. Her main responsibilities included: product training, digital 101 training’s and support on pre and post sale executions.
Most recently, Kelsey has been at MediaBrix as Director of Account Management on the Business Development team. Focusing on mobile brand advertising, Kelsey gained insight into the back-end of digital execution by working closely with Publishers, Business Development Managers and Ad Operations teams to manage campaign execution and inventory needs.
Kelsey is originally from Central, New Jersey and is currently living in New York City. She has a Bachelors of Science in Business and Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ. She also has lived in Dublin, Ireland while studying for her Masters of Science in International Business.
Lisa is a seasoned veteran in the Detroit media market. She has over 25 years of local & regional television experience specializing in automotive, political, and health & wellness categories. Her media career began with an independent broadcast station WXON-TV 20. She moved into the world of cable starting at Columbia Cable and following with TCI, Continental Cablevision, Media-One and Comcast Spotlight. She has received awards for promotional efforts from the CAB and other sales accolades throughout her career.
Lisa joined Viamedia in January 2014 to work with the leadership team as the Automotive Sales Manager, developing & implementing an automotive strategy in Detroit. Together she and the Detroit team are leading the charge to grow automotive revenue by leveraging auto relationships with local dealers & agencies along with maintaining a high level of auto knowledge and best practices of customer service.
Lisa is married to her wonderful husband, Rob, and has a daughter, Shelby. As a family they have a passion for fast pitch softball, basketball and golf. Lisa is a graduate of Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Applied Arts Degree in Communications and Associate Degree in Marketing & Advertising. She is very active with many charities, including Gleaner’s Food Bank, St. Joseph Church, Make-A-Wish and St. Jude’s Hospital.
Prior to joining Viamedia in April 2014 to head up our political ad sales effort, Michael spent the past six years as Vice President Political Ad Sales at Cablevision Media Services in New York City. At Cablevision he managed political ad sales for the New York Interconnect, News 12 Networks, Cablevision Local Sales, Comcast Local Sales and Cablevision Advanced Platform Sales in the number 1 market in the country. Michael has been calling on political advertising agencies and consultants for 20 years. He have also worked on the cable network side at FOX Cable Sports, Great American Country and Court TV where he was Vice President Ad Sales, Eastern Region. Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and a master degree in psychology, and lives in New York City.
Rod Wilkerson began his media career in 1985 as a traffic assistant and a weekend sports photographer for WKYT-TV in Lexington, KY. He moved back home to Henderson, KY in 1988 and spent the next five years working in commercial production as a video photographer, editor and producer. In 1994 he joined the ad sales department of TCI Communications in Evansville, IN, which later became Insight Communication. During his thirteen year span with TCI and Insight Media, Rod held the positions as Sr. Account Executive for ten years and Local Sales Manager for three years. In 2004 he was one of twelve accounts executives corporate wide to be presented Insight Media’s first “President’s Award”. Rod joined Viamedia in June 2007 as General Manager. He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and currently lives in the Henderson, KY, along with his wife Ashley and his two children Josh, 19 and Isaac, 12.
Tony is a seasoned professional with more than 17 years of experience leading teams and driving innovation across sales organizations. Over those 17 years Tony has worked in cable, print and digital ad sales. Tony started his career as a local sales rep for TCI Media Services and Cablevision Rainbow Advertising. Tony also served as the National Sales Manager at a national newspaper rep firm called Newspapers First. His last 8 years has been on the digital side, where he served as VP of Regional Sales at Undertone and EVP of Sales at the RGM Group. Tony joined Viamedia as Sr. Executive Director of Online Sales to help train and motivate the sales staff to drive multiscreen digital ad revenue in Viamedia’s local markets, and to develop strategies to innovate Viamedia’s suite of digital products. Tony lives happily with his wife Gayle and their 2 daughters. Tony is an avid sports and news junkie, and has an amazing passion for life.
